Here it is, the day after doomsday......... Does anybody know what happened? To celebrate, I cooked "fresh blueberry" pancakes, this morning.
As of the first day of the rest of my life, I am a Nutritarian. Meaning, I eat for the nutrition of the food and reject foods that are not nutritious.
The focus will be on plant based foods; the closer to nature the better. No "white" stuff, less salt, sugar & fat. I've already lost a couple of pounds, and since my lifestyle change requires that I lose weight, that's a good thing.
Since I'm retired, I blog when I feel like it, so stay tuned.
